For safety and efficiency, we require that any items needing assembly or disassembly be completed prior to or after delivery. Regrettably, we are unable to provide assistance with these tasks.

Our delivery services are limited to curbside or garage drop-off. Due to liability concerns, we are unable to enter residences to deliver items inside the home.

The safety of our personnel and the public is our top priority. Therefore, we do not transport firearms, ammunition, or any weapons.

We are unable to transport highly valuable items such as diamonds, gold bars, or other expensive assets.

Items over 100 lbs. are delivered to the curb or garage only. We can deliver items under 100 lbs. to upstairs floors for an additional fee per floor, starting from the second floor.
